We rent properties from you to use as corporate accommodation.

 

Your property would be the face of our business, we will maintain it to the highest standard throughout our lease which could be up to 7 years of guaranteed hassle-free rent for you. ​

 

Benefit to you:​ Your rent will be on time every month for the next 3, 5 or 7 years depending on the contract.

 

You will not have any void periods, no tenant problems as there is no AST, no evictions, no arrears, no damage to your property.

 

The property will be professionally cleaned at least once a week between guests and any damage by the guest would be taken care of immediately by us.

 

The property will be given back to you in as good or better condition than when we received it as written into the contract. The property will be maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and design for our guests.

 

We would be delighted to show you around the property when we have it ready for our guests and periodic inspections are welcome.   ​
