ABOUT

Nera Properties limited was launched at the beginning of 2022 by myself, Emily and my husband Nicholas. Since then we have built ourselves a good reputation to be honest and open about the services we offer and how we can help and work with our clients and partners.

Nicholas and I started investing in property in 2014 but always as a sideline to our regular jobs. In 2022 we decided to scale up our business and make it our full time focus. I work full time for the company and Nicholas is part time.

In the beginning we were renting properties to provide accommodation to working professionals and contractors. We personally had experienced issues with tenants and wanted to move away from those problems and realised we found a gap in the market that we could fill.

We also started buying more properties for a range of different uses. We work with a range of different structures and strategies to be able to help people who are looking for a quick sale or are finding it difficult to sell due to property problems or personal issues. 

 

We are continuing to grow with property owners looking for easier selling methods and landlords looking to have a more hassle free management.
